Appointments

Therapy and consultation services are available Monday through Thursday by appointment.

Evaluations are generally scheduled on Fridays, but may be scheduled on other days by appointment.

Fees

This is a direct-pay practice (cash/check/credit card only).  I am not a provider for any insurance plan. Client confidentiality and privacy is of the utmost importance to me. Often, insurance companies will collect information for their future use, information which may or may not be relevant to your therapeutic work with me.  Because I work independently, no information leaves this office unless specifically requested by clients, or unless I am legally obligated to release information. Working independently on a direct-pay basis allows me to use my professional judgment to serve clients as my clients and I agree is appropriate, not as dictated or regulated by an insurance company. In addition, this decreases the time and paperwork requirements for this practice and keeps office costs (and, in turn, fees) lower.

Fee Schedule:
Consultation regarding parenting $45.00 pr hr
Therapy/Coaching   $50.00 pr hr
(All online therapy sessions must be paid in advance)
Custody Mediation $75.00


Psycho-Educational Testing fees are based on type of evaluation.

Gifted Testing minimum $500.00.

Learning Disability minimum $650.00.

  • Parent Advocacy

  • Free Initial Consultation by phone-not to exceed 15 mins
  • $100.00 flat rate for reviewing copies of initial Cumulative and Private Records, which also includes 2 hours of advocacy consultation
  • $45.00 per hour for an IEP Check Up (document review of IEP and written summary)
  • $45.00 per hour for Autism or Behavioral Consulting       
  • $45.00 per hour for Parent Advocacy Services in the following> Face to Face Consult, Telephone Consult, Skype, Meeting Attendance: Individual Education Program (IEP), Individual Family Service Plan (ISP), Extended School Year (ESY), Functional Behavioral Analysis (FBA) review etc. Per Meeting.

Parent Coordination Services

$1,000.00 retainer ($500 from each parent)
$ 100.00 per hour for Parent Coordination Services
$ 50.00 per hour for Court Preparation

Educational Professional Development

By the hour $125.00

Half day $400.00

Full day $750.00

Travel and expenses are negotiated separately.
